I know I profess to be a travel junkie, but even though I've been flitting about the US lately, it has been far too long since I have indulged in a little international nomadery. I was starting to twitch and stroke my passport while whispering my precious. So it seemed like it was time for a new trip. To a new exciting place!

I promise lots of pictures and updates posted here. And I have to say, I'm getting out just in time. It snowed last weekend. Not a lot, but still... snow. Definitely time to fly south for the winter.
I'm going to the South Pacific baby! Bali Ha'i and all that! I'm freakishly excited because NZ/Aus have been on my travel wishlist for ages.

Oh yeah...it's been 10 whole months since you left the country. That's soooo long! Your poor, neglected passport :)
Your itinerary sounds like a rather large slice of heaven. That part of the world is high on my wish list for future travel. Meanwhile, I look forward to enjoying it vicariously through you!
