If I were a witch I would use my powers for good. I would cast a spell to cure my dad's macular degeneration so he could fully enjoy the things he valiantly persists in doing despite being legally blind -- photography, keeping up with things via the Internet, etc.
Then again, it would be fun to play some pranks, too, as long as they were just funny and not harmful. I believe in the "do no harm" rule for any sort of power, not just those of the supernatural variety.

I'm not even going to pretend I would only use my powers for good. I know I would be tossing off spells just for giggles. Though hopefully I wouldn't harm anyone in the process and maybe I would also cure diseases and save puppies from burning buildings and whatnot.
